Fall will be here before we know it and so will the ANNUAL LAFAYETTE JOCKEY LOT GARAGE SALE EVENT! This years’ FALL GARAGE SALE is scheduled to take place on Saturday October 17th from the Hours of 8am – 5pm. Spaces can be reserved for the bargain price of just $10 (per space) tables are limited and are first come first serve. All other participants will need to supply
their own table(s). Sign up soon!
WE ASK FOR YOUR CONTINUED COOPERATION regarding Louisiana’s OPEN SAFELY PHASE 3:
We continue to hope that Phasing allows us to hold our ANNUAL HOLIDAY MARKET. If all goes as planned (fingers crossed!) the HOLIDAY MARKET will be extended to include the entire month of DECEMBER.
TRICK -OR -TREAT 2020
Unfortunately, due to the current Phase 3 restrictions we will not be able to hold our Annual Trick-or-Treat Event this year. Sorry everyone – 2020 has been a trying year for us all.
IMPORTANT NOTICES:
Convenience Fees: Due to rising fees and charges from credit card companies beginning January 1, 2021 the Lafayette Jockey Lot will begin charging a 3.5% convenience fee to all monies collected via Credit Card.
MAINTENANCE REPAIRS:
TARPS: If you are a vendor who currently uses a tarp at your booth and are considering replacing it, please contact the Market Office prior to replacing. New regulations require these tarps to be specific in color and fire code.
General Maintenance: Should you experience a maintenance issue please report it to the office as soon as possible.
FREE VENDOR BISCUIT DAY:
It pays to open promptly! Sunday, October 25 th will be this month’s FREE VENDOR BICUIT DAY!
FREE COFFEE:
FREE COFFEE continues to be available each Saturday and Sunday. Due to OPEN SAFELY restrictions, coffee will now be available at the Restaurant window. Please let the server know you would like a complimentary cup of coffee. (It is now required that we dispense the coffee in our lidded cups only.)

Tap Beer is now available in our newly added bar “The Tipsy Jockey”. Sit, relax, watch a little football and enjoy a cool adult beverage and snack. As usual our refreshing Daiquiris and wine are also available!
